India beat Bangladesh on Thursday in a World Cup match in Pune as Virat Kohli finished the game in style. He hit a six to end the game and complete his century at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
This was their fourth successive win at this World Cup. They won the game by seven wickets. Bangladesh, on the other hand, had their third straight loss after being beaten by New Zealand and England.
India was off to a good start with their top orders making an 88-run partnership. Shubman Gill scored his fifty while Rohit Sharma scored 48.
Spin bowlers Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja engineered a top-order collapse as India restricted Bangladesh to 256-8 in a World Cup match in Pune on Thursday.
Bangladesh openers Tanzid Hasan, whose 51 was his maiden one-day international fifty, and Liton Das (66) were both in fine touch.
Jadeja took a miserly 2-38 from his 10 overs and Yadav, who made the initial breakthrough, 1-47.
