US Senator Lindsey Graham has called for a joint military operation against Iran’s infrastructure, saying that Iran must pay a price for its support of Hamas.

During a CNN interview, Senator Lindsey Graham was asked if he wanted the US and Israel to bomb Iran even if there was no direct evidence of Iran’s involvement in the Hamas attack on Israel. He responded affirmatively.

The US lawmaker called for a joint military operation against Iran’s infrastructure and said that Iran must pay a price if any hostage taken by Hamas is killed.

He added that if the war against Israel escalates, he will blame Iran and that it is time to put Iran on notice that they will pay a heavy price.

Lindsey Graham also said that he believes the US would win a war against Iran.

The lawmaker’s comments come amid an ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine which has resulted in the deaths of nearly 1,200 Palestinians and 1,300 Israelis.
